A:  If you selected a plan and registered, it can take up to 30 minutes to receive your verification email.  The system queues up emails to send out every few minutes.

A:  If you selected a plan and registered and did not recieve an Email asking you to verify your registration, this most likely means you entered an incorrect email address.
Please wait 1 hour.  If after 1 hour you have not received any emails, you will need to Contact Us and request that we correct/verify your Email address.  Be sure to include the following in your Email to us:
        1.  Username used to Register
        2.  Proper Email Address
Once we correct the Email address we will send you an email and then you can attempt logging in which will generate a new Verification request.

A:  No - We do offer FREE brochures and access to public items like Virtual Visitation Laws.  For access to The Virtual Visitation Handbook, Video Calls and special articles and information, a subscription and registration is required.  Our options are all cost effective and with the purchase of any of the Books or eBook, we include a FREE 1 year subscription to the Handbook subscription.

Read about the subscrition options HERE

A:  Virtual Visitation or Electronic Communication is defined legally as: “Electronic Communication” means time during which a parent and his or her child communicate by using communication tools such as the telephone, electronic mail, instant messaging, video conferencing or other wired or wireless technologies via the Internet, or another medium of communication.

A:  Yes - The Virtual Visitation Handbook is available by subscription through this website.  Due to the demands for requests, we have automated the process so you can download directly after selecting a purchase plan and then registering.  Once your registration is complete, you will be able to download the Handbook and other information for a period of one (1) year.

Sign up for your subscription HERE

A:  No - Only one person needs to join our subscription.  Since you copy the Video Call link and either Email or IM it to the other people you want to have a Video Call with, they do not need to subscribe to our site.  Though if you do want them to login to gain access to all our articles, tips and other information, we will add your cntacts for free as a part of your account.  In addition, if all users are subscribers you can use our Chat option to communicate and send the Video Call link in a private manner.

A:  Our Video Call solution is not just the ability to make Video Calls, but the subscription also comes with access to articles, tips and information that can be used for any Video Call solution you decide to use.  Our Video Call solution currently allows for 2-6 people in a video call and will have the following features in the coming months making it an obvious choice to consider:
  *  High Definition Video Calls (640x480) (Pro version)
  *  Ultra High Definition Video Calls (1024x512) (Pro version)
  *  The ability to record Video Calls (Pro version)
Being Browser based, our solution is easy to launch and easy to use. It is flexible in that you can use your telephone, VoIP or Cell for the audio portion if bandwidth is an issue, or the built-in audio capabilities.  It works well over low bandwidth situations and on older computers where other video call solutions struggle.  We provide not just a video call solution, but information you can use for any solution that you decide to use.
We recommend several Video Call clients, not just ours.  Skype, Live Messenger, SightSpeed and iChat AV to name a few are all very good solutions for "1 on 1" video calls.  SightSpeed and iChat AV can do multiple party video calls, but require far more Internet bandwidth and computer CPU cycles.  iChat AV does not have a Windows solution and is only for Macs.  Our solution works on any system with any browser you decide to use.  Our Tips and Tricks will help you to be able to launch a Video Call with just one-click of the mouse from a shortcut on your desktop.
